The IFJ-3B Series Oil Contamination Sensor by INZOC adopts an internationally advanced single-laser light obscuration technology, certified by both ISO 4402 and ISO 11171 standards. It accurately detects particle sizes ranging from 1 to 100μm and monitors moisture levels in various oil types, including hydraulic oil and transformer oil.
Laser Transmission Analysis: A parallel laser beam passes through a flow chamber. When no particles are present, a baseline voltage E is recorded.
Particle Signal Capture: As particles pass through the laser beam, they block light and generate a pulse signal E₀, proportional to the projected area of the particle.
Smart Signal Processing: A built-in Fourier waveform analysis model significantly improves the accuracy of detecting micro particles.

E₀ = 7.854 × d² / A
