During the on-site demonstration, its military-grade accuracy and efficient diagnostic capabilities were praised. As an "intelligent sentinel" under harsh working conditions, the IOL online oil monitoring system can also integrate dynamic image sensors and multi-parameter analysis modules, support flexible deployment of main/bypass, adapt to harsh scenes such as wind power and mining, and be equipped with a Linux edge computing gateway. The fault warning response time is shortened to 30 seconds. Combined with AI anti-interference algorithms, it can well solve the problem of monitoring distortion under vibration conditions.

After deploying an online monitoring system for a compressor in a petrochemical refinery, by real-time tracking of oil viscosity decay and metal wear trends, the early pitting signs of the gearbox were accurately captured to avoid chain failures caused by lubrication failure.
A dynamic image analysis solution was customized for a wind farm gearbox. The system used abrasive morphology recognition to warn of the risk of bearing spalling 48 hours in advance, successfully avoiding losses of more than 3 million yuan for a single unit. The person in charge of the wind farm operation and maintenance said: "In the past, we relied on regular disassembly and inspection. Now, AI models make faults nowhere to hide, and the annual loss of power generation has been reduced by 15%."
After deploying mining intrinsically safe sensors on the tail reducer of the underground machine, the problem of data distortion in high humidity (98%) and high dust (PM10 exceeds 500μg/m³) environments was overcome, and the life of the equipment was extended by more than 2 times.
Currently, INZOC has served more than 1,000 customers, covering more than 20 industries such as wind power, steel, and military industry.
