The IFE-3 Impedance Spectrum Sensor is an online oil condition monitoring sensor based on Electrochemical Impedance Spectroscopy (EIS), delivering data accuracy up to three orders of magnitude higher than conventional methods. Through multi-frequency and multi-feature analysis, it detects oil aging and contamination conditions, representing a major technological breakthrough by INZOC following nearly ten years of fundamental sensor research. The IFE-3 effectively addresses critical challenges in online lubrication monitoring, including sudden water ingress, oil contamination, and lubricant aging or failure thresholds, providing a more comprehensive, intuitive, and stable assessment of oil quality. Its proprietary EIS technology enables real-time monitoring, analysis, and early warning of wear or contamination, with a minimum oil condition resolution of up to 0.001%, supporting full lifecycle equipment insights.
