IFD-3 dynamic image particle sensor adopts the industry's first Linux architecture HDimaging system, integrating high-speed detection, intelligent analysis and compactdesign. Equipped with a dynamic high-precision lens and high-definition macroimaging module, the IFD-3 can complete real-time dynamic image capture in as fastas 2 seconds under the state of oil flow, and accurately detect multi-dimensionalindexes such as particle size distribution, quantity and concentration, and watercontamination. Through the built-in Al analysis model, the system can intelligentlyclassify the particle morphology characteristics according to ISO/NAS1638, ASTMand other standards, effectively differentiate between cutting wear, fatigue wear,dust, pollution and other particle types.
